Nice, but this has nothing to do with HDR, it's rather DRI :)

HDR is automatical blending of all areas. And HDR does not know if a wall is white or grey, thus it just greyishes white and black areas which looks horrible.

Amazing tutorial , HDR has always been a myth to me as I am a film user but there are certain aspects and techniques that could also be applied to film shooting and this tutorial has given me some ideas and cleared up a few points as well

I don't believe my camera has an AEB,would you know what to do in such a case?

You should manually adjust the exposure for each shot - since you'll have to touch your camera in between shots this will move the camera, so a tripod is probably best.
