A conversation with Andy Mumford about who's the best photographer when it comes to wave patterns inspired me to do some myself. I knew my trusty old fence and pipeline would provide a nice composition, so I set up and took about 50 shots as the waves came and went...I decided on this one in the end :)

I always check how a shot looks in b/w and if it looks better I'll submit only the b/w. otherwise you'll only ever see the color version:)
