Myself and
just got back from a 5 day trip to the Blyde River Canyon in Mpumalanga. The weather was mostly overcast, but it produced some dramatic conditions. This is the world's 3rd largest canyon after the Grand Canyon in the U.S and the Fish River Canyon in Namibia.
I leave on Friday for the Kalahari and the plan was supposed to be Kalahari-Richtersveld-Namibia, but there has been an abnormal amount of rain in the Nam so I'm skipping the Richtersveld and going directly to Namibia!
I'll keep you updated as the trip goes along!
