A friend referred me to this deviantion, and I find myself kind of enchanted by it. Photographs like this dont happen everyday in my opinion.
A good spot, and a good shot. Really cool subject too! I wonder if you edited the lighting, It looks too good to be real.

Even though you might hate me for saying that, I liked the first version much more to be honest. I understand where Alex37 is coming from, he is right it looks more realistic now, but from an artistic point of view the original version was way better.
The lower part looks too 'ordinary' now and the coherent look provided by the artistic tone is gone now. It is sometimes a good choice to go with the less 'realistic' for a better result, photography is also art after all. =X

Just my two art cents and probably up to matter of taste in the end.
Great job either way. :)

What an awesome rock formation. I'm not sure about the foreground rock though, it's a bit dominant.

Was it actually a castle at one point or is it just a rock formation?

(So I can properly classify it for my collections)

To be honest, I love what you've done to make this piece what it is, as opposed to the actual origional piece. I'm not a fan of all the foliage as it feels a little scratchy, but I love L.O.V.E love the colours and the saturation - just my opinion ^^
