The Cape Peninsula

most defiantly a great photo. one that has all the good stuff: colour, detail, contrast, and composition. is especially excels in the first two. the colours here are just amazing. not only in the sky, but also on the ground, where such great tones are much more rare. and of course the detail is great, as is to be expected with such great gear.

the compostion is good, though it doesn't pop out as much as the rest of the image, its standard for the most part, though the rocks in the sea are a very nice touch.

i only take issue with one thing of this image: the foreground is just a bit to dark, there are quite some pure black shadows, and it makes the detail harder to see as well. though it might be that making it lighter would reduce the effect of the superb tones.
